The mission of the Tobacco-Free Colleges Movement is to create smoke-free college campuses and environments across the state to reduce and prevent tobacco use among 18-24 year-olds in North Carolina, improving their lifestyle.

Tobacco-Free College Advocates work to prevent initiation of tobacco use among young adults (18-24); eliminate exposure to secondhand smoke on college campuses; promote cessation among young adults; and reduce health disparities among college students attributable to tobacco use.
